So sorry but Darren Dake has been working overtime due to COVID-19 and is unable to join us for the presentation.
I would like to take this time for an OPEN Conversation on how COVID-19 is changing your procedures and how you respond to victims of violence during a pandemic.
We can all learn from each other . Please join us!

I wanted to give everyone a recap of our COVID web meeting:
Concerns: Decrease in Call outs
Providing exams without advocates.
PPE process
Not able to respond to the ERs
How to let the community know you are available.
How to protect your family.
A few solutions:
Let your community know your available through social media, news media, press release or law enforcement.
Advocates are able to respond via phone.
Use screening tools provided by management.
Review your PPE procedures.
Carry extra clothes for yourself to change into after exam.
Communication and flexibility is key during this crisis. Stay safe everyone.
This too shall pass.
